Leaked Videos: Jalen Rose’s Arrest and Failed Sobriety Test “Am I Being Arrested?”

Whoever TMZ has working for them in the inside of the police departments…I WANT THEM! Thought this kind of stuff was confidential, or needed a release statement or something. TMZ has gotten their hands on the videos from the cop car and the failed sobriety test of Jalen Rose’s Arrest last month in a Detroit suburb.

Jalen: “So what are we doing right now?”
Cop: “We’re gonna go to the police station right now.”
Jalen: “To do what?”
Cop: “You’re under arrest.”
Jalen: “For what, sir?”
Cop: “For drunk driving.”
Jalen: “But I wasn’t really drinking.”
Cop: “Um, okay.”

I’m impressed at Jalen’s ability to still remain so proper. Although he says he “wasn’t really drinking” I may have to beg to differ. You don’t seem completely sober there Jalen. Luckily, Jalen is off of suspension from the network and back on our television screens. Check out the sobriety test below that apparently he failed. I would have atleast gave Mr.Rose a B for effort.
