Baseball Wives is the Next Show to Air On VH1 and Step Up to Plate

Are we really ready for this one? While Football Wives didn’t seem to have half the success of both Basketball Wives La and Miami, I am interested to see what drama these women can spew up.

Debuting on Wednesday, November 30th at 9:00 PM, VH1 will present Baseball Wives, a cast made of of five women linked to men of America’s favorite sport.

The big talk before the season starts is usually: Who are these girls and who are they linked too? Oh. Are they even real wives? Well JocksandstilettoJill broke that down for us nicely.

The Baseball Wives cast is,  Tanya Grace (ex-wife of retired Chicago’s Mark Grace), Brooke Villone (wife of big-league veteran Ron Villone), Anna Benson (wife of Arizona pitcher Kris Benson), Chantell Kendall (ex-wife of Kansas City’s Jason Kendall) and Jordana Lenz (I’m assuming she’ll be the Royce/Draya/Mercedes of the group).

VH1: Set in Scottsdale, Arizona, the home of baseball’s spring training, the show features the wives and girlfriends of talented baseball players from various teams. No shrinking violets here, these ladies are fiercely protective of their turf and their men and if they have to bring on a little drama — then so be it.
