Knicks Iman Shumpert Releases Two Rap Songs [Video]

It’s the offseason, for every player in the NBA with exception to the Thunder and Heat so you know what that means? It comes that time of year where the only thing basketball related to talk about is the NBA draft, then thereafter we are stuck to NBA trade rumors, pictures of players smoking weed,frolicking on the beach with cougars (we see you Blake), and of course the numerous rap songs from our favorite guys taking a shot at a music career.

The latest athlete to take a shot at rap is Knicks rookie Iman Shumpert. While he’s rehabbing from a torn ACL he faced in the first round of the NBA playoffs, he’s also in a studio spitting some rhymes. Is he Shaq-esque? A far cry from Steve Francis? You be the judge.
