Jose Canseco is under investigation in Las Vegas after a woman filed a report accusing the former MLB star of sexual assault …  but Jose says it’s all BS, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us … the 48-year-old retired baseball player has been named as a suspect in a police report filed with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.

We’re told … the person who filed the report says the incident went down on May 10.

Canseco went to his Twitter page moments ago and said, “[The accuser] told police that I druged [sic] her and then raped her. hmmmmm. lets find out what really happened.”

The accuser appears to be a fitness instructor who lives in Vegas.

Dwight Howard is reported to have a significant interest in testing the free agent waters and has his eye on Texas. This has been an emotional and challenging year for Howard as the Lakers fell short to expectations.

While many “fanalyst” think it would be smart for him to stay in LA and for the Lakers to rebuild around him, others see him competing alongside James Harden in Houston.

Former Lakers coach Phil Jackson seems to not see a reason for Dwight to remain in LA.

The Los Angeles Times writes that Jackson questioned whether or not this Lakers system can fit for Howard and if it would be smart for him to remain with the team. Howard said that he did not like how the coaching staff used him last season and if Mike D’Antoni continues to run the sidelines for the Lakers, he will face the same issue in the future.

On Tuesday, Phil Jackson suggested Dwight Howard might not have sufficient reason to return to theLakers this summer as a free agent.

“Would you?  If you felt like your game wasn’t going to be featured?” asked Jackson on the Dan Patrick Show.

“You have to play in to Dwight Howard.  You have to get back and reestablish him as the center that he potentially was going to be,” said Jackson. “This year … he had four or five less touches in the post. Most of the things he got in there were on the move.”

Although Jackson later stated that he does not blame D’Antoni for Howard’s role on the team, he did point the finger to those making the basketball decisions in Los Angeles.

New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith announced after Wednesday’s organized team activities practice he has hired Jay-Z’s newly formed Roc Nation Sports as his representation, choosing a relative unknown in Kimberly Miale as his contract agent.

Jay-Z is not certified by the NFL Players Association, so Miale will have to handle all contract negotiations.

“Not that big of a role. It’s just the agency,” Smith said when asked if Jay-Z was a factor, though few will believe that claim after seeing an Instagram photo of the two. “When you’re talking about being in New York from the standpoint of what they can do through the city, all the connections they have, I think it’s a good move.

“My mother and my family is comfortable with it, I’m comfortable with it. I’m just going to move on from there, not let it be a big deal, remain humble and keep focusing on football.”

According to TheYBF, as Porsha Williams (Stewart) lay sleeping at her mom’s home, Kordell Stewart and his legal team quickly filed documents “explaining” why he changed the locks on their Atlanta mansion.  HipHollywood obtained the documents.  Sip your tea and coffee slowly while reading….

On when and why he changed the locks:

The locks were changed on April 2, 2013. He claims Porsha established a routine of leaving (the) pre-marital residence without explanation and without consideration of the detrimental effects such behavior would have on the parties’ marriage , and (Kordell’s) nine year old son.

On how he informed Porsha (via text) of the lock out:
“Hey, reaching out not knowing who may or may not have keys to the house at this point, I was concerned for our safety so I changed the locks on the house. If and when you need to get in, give me a heads up so you can get in”

On why he shouldn’t have to provide Porsha with any money for relocation:
“She is a celebrity, and has the income through appearances, endorsements, Bravo and other entities …(Porsha) should be capable of supporting herself but may not be able to as a result of her own financial negligence.”

This just continues to get messier and messier and it leads alot of people to question if they are doing this for the show.

Our friends over at TheYBF is starting to really link some stuff together. The pieces of the puzzle are fitting.

You can so tell this dude is bitter about Porsha ever doing the show and choosing “celeb” life over housewife life that caters to him.  The whole “well she’s a celebrity now” and “she supports herself” comments are so sarcastic.  And we would know, it’s our first language.

We’ve shown you several pics of Porsha out and about in Atlanta, so we do understand that she’s NOT sitting at home dealing with Kordell’s anger and resentment.  But did her really try to insinuate that he going out for a few drinks and/or club appearances amounts to abandonment?! Damn…how needy are you Kordell?

So, we’ve learned that he waited for her to leave one night and quickly changed the locks.  After that…he sent her a text saying he’s “concerned” for his safety.  Now we’re confused.  Isn’t he a former NFL superstar with the physical capabilities of protecting his home and family?  And who would Porsha be “giving” her house keys to?

Is it just us, or does it seem that if a chick gets her own check…it makes him feel threatened.  Given, Porsha knew what she was getting into when she signed her name on that marriage license.  But damn son.  No leeway for the weary?

Maverick’s guard OJ Mayo is another athlete to go against the hype of strippers/vixens when he decided to wife up a woman by the name of Dona. Dona is a twin and it appears as though she and her sister are enjoying their new home in Dallas with the NBA star.

There is no shame in their relationship as Dona posts many photos of her and OJ on instagram from their trips around the world to their offseason attendance at football games. The two have photos on their birthdays as well as on the holidays so it’s safe to say this girl has clearly landed her baller and is living the “basketball wives” lifestyle.

Not sure how long the two have been together, but she clearly supports his endeavors and the two appear to be very happy together.

Kevin Durant is out of the playoffs and now enjoying the summer. While you won’t see KD dapping up JR Smith and taking bottles to the head on IG, it seems as though he’d rather spend his time getting inked.

Durant posted these photos of his new artwork on instagram, no longer hiding the fact that he’s tatted up.

He has mentioned that he wants his tats to be able to be covered. Nothing unprofessional so don’t count on KD showing up on the court anytime soon with full sleeves.

According to previous rumors, Reggie Bush made a comment that he had no intentions on reaching out the Kim Kardashian to comment or congratulate her on her pregnancy and current relationship with rapper Kanye. Well, it appears as though Kim didn’t have the same thing in mind. According to RadarOnline, Kim actually send Reggie a text message to congratulate him on his new addition to his family.

Basketball Wives LA cast was live and in full effect this weekend as Draya and Trey Songz hosted an All-White event at Prive this past Monday night in Atlanta.

Cast members Bambi and Malayia Pargo were in attendance in their all white dresses.

As a woman, I am slightly a bit confused as to why Bambi’s belly button is sweating in this dress.

None the less, Draya most definitely won best dressed in white for the night.

Could there be another athlete under Basketball Wives Evelyn Lozada’s belt? From basketball to Football to BASEBALL? Rumor has it she’s been seeing LA Dodger’s player Carl Crawford….and you know baseball is where the money is.

Evelyn Lozada is back in the game, literally. According to several sources, and a few well placed eyewitness accounts, the reality star is dating Los Angeles Dodgers baseball player, Carl Crawford.

Lozada was in NYC during the Dodgers late April series with the Mets and was spotted at Chase Field. She also posted pictures to her Instagram account while in the Big Apple, that showed her riding in a posh limousine.

Why would Crawford be a perfect match for Lozada? Maybe it’s the 7 year, $142 million deal he signed back in 2010. Let us do the math for you, that’s an average of $20 million a season, or as our friends would say, “Lotto money.”

While Evelyn is allegedly living the high life with her new man, her ex’s struggles continue. As we reported Monday, Chad Johnson was arrested after violating his Florida probation. Adding insult to injury, he’s also hurting financially. Johnson, in a recent paternity dispute, told the judge, “Simply, I am unemployed”.

Ironically, on the same day that Chad was arrested, a new trailer was released for the documentary about Evelyn’s other ex, former NBA Star Antione Walker. The film called Gone In An Instant, chronicles how Walker lost more than 100 million dollars and is now flat broke. And where is the woman who many of the millions were lavished on? Allegedly, she is in LA swinging for the fences with her latest conquest, Crawford.

Well guys it turns out that Evelyn is still on the market! Sources close to Evelyn tell BOSSIP she was in New York with family honoring the memory of her brother-in-law who died from cancer on his birthday. She was also in town promoting her youthH20 water launching at the Vitamin Shoppe.

“Evelyn isn’t even friends with that guy,” our source tells BOSSIP. “She’s super single. Not dating anyone.”
