Before the NBA Lockout, Ron Artest already proved himself to be quite the funny guy when he tried his luck at the rap game and thanked his psychiatrist after winning the NBA Finals last season. Well not Ron Artest Metta World Peace is taking his jokes on tour during the lockout. Metta even told SI.com that the money he makes doing comedy is as much as he would make if he went to play overseas. -___-
The NBA’s leading scorer and OKC’s talented star player Kevin Durant has been out and about in LA and was recently spotted hanging out with Dodgers’ player Matt Kemp, who might I say was linked to my girlfriend in my mind Rihanna earlier this year. KD seems to be enjoying his summer in L.A. (who wouldn’t) as he was spotted eating at Katsuya and is rumored to be on the court this afternoon at the Drew League. Okay.So the entire time I watched this video I just said “Are you kidding me? Are you frikin kidding me?” The video is LOW quality, Kobe does not seem sympathetic, and it seems very scripted. GLAAD has won this battle if you ask me and Kobe knows he messed up with this one. Hopefully the Lakers practice instead of making a PSA so they can win tonights game against the Hornets as they trail the series 1-0.
I’ve grown to adore these two as a couple. Fans have got to see them blossom from Keeping up with the Kardashians and onto Kourtney and Khloe: Take Miami. Besides their unisex fragrance that I’ve heard has done exceptionally well, this dynamic duo is coming back to out television screens with their own spin off, Khloe and Lamar. Aside from being Khloe’s husband, the only other thing we really know about Lamar is that he plays for the Lakers, and the Clippers (I have that jersey). In the Premier of their show, Lamar keeps getting calls from his father. He shares on the show about a mother who passed away and a father who was addicted to heroin. He explains:
Okay tough guys. We can cut the act now. Although, nevermind, keep going, this is quite the entertainment. In the past week there have been scuffles down the court, words exchanged, and opinions made. Who is the toughest team in the NBA? According to Amare Stoudemire of the Knicks, Pau Gasol, Center for the LA Lakers is soft. He goes on to say that Pau has help from the 7footers on the team such as Bynum and Lamar Odom. The TRUE tough guy of the Lakers, Ron Artest, seemed to have his own words to say about Amare’s comments. “Look at my chest…He [Pau Gasol] don’t have to be hard.” While watching the Lakers-Milwaukee game last night, the commentators kept mentioning Barnes as the thug of the team. PSSSH.Okay.
So this makes me bring the question, who’s the toughest-hard core team in the NBA??
